At HAWAII GAME FOWL FARM, customer satisfaction is important to us. Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and returned in its original packaging. Proof of purchase or receipt is required. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Certain items are exempt from returns, including perishable goods, gift cards, downloadable software products, some health and personal care items, hazardous materials, and flammable products.

Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations, including items with obvious signs of use, products returned damaged or with missing parts not caused by our error, or items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically and applied to your original payment method within several business days.

If you have not received your refund, please first recheck your bank account, then contact your credit card company and bank, as processing times may vary. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us directly.

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

If an item was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, you may receive a gift credit once the returned item is received and approved. If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking confirmation.
